Mena Associates & Partners recovers unpaid commercial debts on behalf of businesses across the UAE and internationally. We study every dispute in full before taking it on, negotiate directly with the other party through Mediation, and coordinate with associate law firms only on the small number of cases that genuinely require litigation.
We are a debt collection firm, not a law firm. We don't provide legal representation or legal advice — our expertise is in studying a claim thoroughly and resolving it directly, without the cost and time of going to court wherever that's possible.

Our fee is a percentage of what's actually recovered, payable only once funds are received.
