These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Mena Associates & Partners LLC-FZ website and the debt collection, debt management consultancy, dispute settlement, and commercial intermediary services we provide. By submitting a case or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

We provide debt collection, debt management consultancy, dispute settlement, and commercial intermediary services within the UAE and internationally, through our own team and, where a case requires litigation or arbitration, in coordination with associate law firms. Mena Associates & Partners is a debt collection firm, not a law firm.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our fee is a percentage of the amount successfully recovered on a claim, charged only once funds are recovered ("no recovery, no fee"). The applicable percentage for a specific case is confirmed with the client before work begins. Where a case is referred for litigation or arbitration through an associate law firm, separate legal fees may apply as agreed directly with that firm.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information and documentation in support of a claim. We rely on the information provided by the client when assessing and pursuing a case.
We treat client and case information as confidential and only share it as reasonably necessary to pursue a case, as described in our Privacy Policy.
While we make reasonable efforts to recover claims submitted to us, we do not guarantee the outcome or timeline of any case, which depends on factors including the debtor's circumstances and, where applicable, court or arbitration proceedings.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
